We raised these hogs right here in Hancock County, and we’d love to see them go to local families. You can choose a half or whole hog, pick your cuts, and let the processor handle the rest. We have processing dates on October 16 and November 19, with only four hogs available this fall. Processing/inspection fees are separate and paid directly to the processor.
Your payment today is a reservation deposit and will be applied toward the final hog price. Final cost is based on the actual live or hanging weight.

USDA inspection and processing are handled through the slaughterhouse. You choose your cuts, and processing. Fees are paid separately to the processor.

Only 4 hogs available – They’ll go quickly.
You choose your cuts using the processor’s cut sheet. We’ll take the completed sheet to the processor with your hog, and you’ll pick up your finished meat there.
