Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, apparel and merchandise must:
- Be in new condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Not be altered, damaged, or heavily worn
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns must be approved before any item is shipped back to us. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please do not send returns back to the manufacturer.
Return Window
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Who Pays Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or there was another verified error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days
- Include a brief description of the issue
- Attach photo proof (required)
Once verified, we will provide either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Even if your situation does not fall neatly into the categories above, reach out. We review all concerns on a case-by-case basis. Photo proof is required, and we aim to be fair and reasonable with every customer.
How Refunds Work

Shipping Returns
